The standard term is twelve months, renewed annually. You can cancel before renewal with 30 days' written notice; monthly plans can be stopped at the end of any paid month. There is no cancellation penalty.

Custom work is quoted as a fixed price per scope after we document the requirement, and small report changes are usually covered by your support plan. Nothing is developed before you approve the estimate in writing.

If we leave, do we keep our data?
