Built in Oman, for Gulf operations

Takamul Software grew out of running real operations. Our flagship platform manages a 77-truck fleet, 65 employees, 99 customers and 373 vendors across Oman, the UAE and Saudi Arabia — handling long-haul, local, marine and subcontracted movements with full multi-currency accounting behind them. Everything we sell, we have already run under load.

Volume figures — records, audit entries, vehicles, fuel, maintenance, expenses, production, companies and security policies — are counted directly from the production databases of live Takamul deployments running since August 2025 (Takamul Logistics Platform, HGC fleet portal, Gelila Fresh Produce ERP, FinStack and Crop to Carton Hub). Time-saved and percentage improvements are before/after operating results measured against the previous manual process and will vary by company size and process maturity. Items marked as indicative are pending final confirmation.

We start from operations, not from software

Before writing code we map trips, documents, approvals and the way your team actually records work today.

Gulf accounting, done properly

Multi-currency OMR, AED and SAR with three-decimal precision, VAT-inclusive invoicing and reconciled statements.

Security is not an add-on

Row-level security in the database, separate role tables, audit trails and soft deletes are part of every build.

We stay after go-live

New reports, new branches, new rules — the system keeps growing with the company instead of freezing on launch day.

Our story

From running operations to building the systems

Every platform we sell started as a problem we had to solve inside a working company — not as a product idea on a whiteboard.

  1. Origin

    Built inside a real operation

Trips, fuel, maintenance and invoices were tracked across spreadsheets and WhatsApp. We rebuilt that work as one operating system with accounting behind it.

  2. Go-live

First fleet platform in daily production

Dispatchers, drivers, workshop and finance moved onto one database — the same records feeding operations and the general ledger.

  3. Expansion

    Three countries, three currencies

Oman, the UAE and Saudi Arabia running side by side with OMR, AED and SAR, three-decimal precision and VAT handled per country.

  4. Today

    A family of industry platforms

Logistics, Gelila ERP, FinStack for aquaculture, Crop to Carton Hub for agri-export and HGC Portal for enterprise fleet operations — one engineering core, five industry fits.

  5. Next

    Deeper automation and analytics

More automated reconciliation, richer KPI dashboards and faster onboarding for teams switching from spreadsheets.

How we work

Four steps from first meeting to a system your team trusts

1

Map the operation

We sit with dispatch, warehouse, workshop and finance and document how work is actually recorded today — including the workarounds.

2

Configure, don't improvise

Branches, roles, cost centres, tax rules and document numbering are configured against your chart of accounts before anyone logs in.

3

Migrate and train

Opening balances, customers, vendors, assets and open documents are migrated and reconciled, then each team is trained on its own screens in Arabic or English.

4

Grow after go-live

New reports, new branches and new rules keep arriving. Support is a working relationship, not a ticket queue that closes at handover.

Who we fit — and who we don't

A strong fit if…

  • You run physical operations — trucks, plants, farms, warehouses — and finance has to follow them line by line.
  • You need Arabic and English in the same system, used by different teams at the same time.
  • You operate in more than one Gulf country or currency and want one consolidated picture.
  • You want the vendor to keep changing the system as the business changes.

Probably not a fit if…

  • You want an off-the-shelf licence with no configuration and no data migration.
  • Your requirement is purely bookkeeping with no operational side.
  • You need the system live this week with no data preparation from your side.
